Business Administration Skills

 

Business Administration Skills is a set of units of competencies from BSB30120 Certificate III in Business Administration.  Planning on a career change into an administration role or already working in a similar area? Want to make a difference in your role by learning how to deliver premium level client service experience? If you have answered yes, then this course will be the right choice for you. A Statement of Attainment will be issued on successful completion of all required assessments.

Eligibility to enrol into this course:

This course requires strong language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) skills for successful completion. If you believe you will need to develop your LLN skills, please feel free to let us know.

BSBWHS311  Assist with maintaining workplace safety
BSBCRT311   Apply critical thinking skills in a team environment
BSBOPS303  Organise schedules
BSBTEC302  Design and produce spreadsheets

Delivery Strategies

Classes are delivered in a face to face classroom environment led by a qualified and industry experienced trainer.  Learning strategies include role play, demonstrations, lectures and classroom activities. All participants will be supported by our qualified and skilled team throughout their learning journey. 18 weeks x 1 day per week with an additional 10hrs of home study per week.

Whilst this course is delivered in a face-to-face classroom environment, it may be available on flexible mode as well.  A trainer will be allocated to assist you with your course progress via Zoom, email or phone. 

Assessment strategies

Assessments for this qualification include both formative and summative assessments and include questions and answers, project assignments and third-party report. You will be provided with assessment tasks at the beginning of your course during the face-to-face session.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

If you believe you have relevant skills and experience satisfying the competency requirement of this qualification, please consult with your trainer for the possibility of recognition. The trainer will provide you with a clear guideline on the RPL assessments and evidence requirements.

Final outcome

On successful completion of all assessments, you will be awarded with a Statement of Attainment from BSB30120 Certificate III in Business (Administration).
