If you have a working knowledge of email, this is a good first session for exploring its more advanced features. If you have attended the Introduction to Email Part 1 and 2 workshops, this session completes the course and equips you to use all email’s most important features.

This workshop explains how to use attachments, how to use online folders to organise your email library, and how to keep a copy of emails you’ve sent as well as received. You’ll also learn some tips to help you avoid junk mail and protect your privacy online.
