Easter Themed Cupcakes & Cookies (using fondant)

Want to learn how to create professional looking cupcakes & cookies? Then this workshop is for you!

Using fondant icing and learning the latest techniques and styles, you are sure to impress your family and friends with your newly gained skills.

What you will learn:
• Cover and decorate 3 large cookies and 3 large cupcakes with fondant icing, achieving the perfect finish every time.
• Learn about the secrets to baking the perfect cookie and cupcakes every time (recipes included).
• Learn how to create different textures, patterns and designs, and make a variety or decorations.
• All tools (for use in class), icings, cookies, cupcakes and cake box included.
• Option to purchase additional tools and equipment will be available on the day of the class.

Level:

This course is designed for all levels of ability and experience.

Course Outcome:

By the end of this class, you will have the confidence and knowledge to know how to bake & decorate your cookies and cupcakes, with success each time.

What to Bring:

You will need to bring the following items:

• Pen & Paper
• Cutting mat or smooth chopping board
• Small rolling pin
• Cornflour pouch (instructions on how to make, will be provided)
• Any edible decorations you wish to use (optional)
• Any cutters you would like to use (optional)

PLEASE NOTE:
-The Trainer will supply most of the items required for the class including cupcakes, cookies, fondant icing, cake boxes, tools and equipment
-Cost of supplies = $40 per student (to be paid directly to the trainer)
