Toni Payne is a NLP Master Practitioner, who holds several qualifications including the Cert. IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, the Graduate Certificate in TESOL, and the Cert. Yoga Teaching.

Toni Payne has taught in many different contexts over a number of years. She started by teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages in Sydney, Tokyo and Auckland. She has also been teaching yoga in gyms, corporate settings and yoga studios for over nine years.

She has been running NLP-based workshops on a range of topics since 2004. The themes of her workshops include: weight loss, communication skills, self-esteem, dealing with difficult people, stress management and relaxation, stopping procrastination, and anger management.

Toni loves helping people to change their thinking and behaviour, and finds that with the highly effective NLP techniques, the results can be amazing.

Olgney has a strong interest in arts and crafts, being trained in the art of handmade paper by the Capellades Paper Mill Museum in Spain. Her passion for handmade paper, using different fibres, sizes, colors and watermarks progressed to handmade jewellery in which she uses a diversity of materials.

Olgney is a qualified trainer with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and has been making jewellery for about 11 years. She has worked for a variety of community centres and community colleges teaching Beaded Jewellery Making.

Olgney is a patient teacher and believes that everyone can tap into their creativity to produce wonderful jewellery pieces.

Rashneel has been dancing Bollywood since she was 5 years old. Rashneel and her dance group have performed at many functions, including weddings and parties. Rashneel feels alive and powerful when she dances and it gives her great pleasure to pass this love of dance onto her students.

Rashneel is an enthusiastic and friendly person who gets great enjoyment from seeing the improvement of her students as the course proceeds. She has a Graduate Diploma in Education and the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).

When Rashneel is not studying or dancing, she works as a consultant in sales and marketing.

Mellie Preston was born and raised in the colorful and diverse culture of Spain and has been living in Australia since leaving Spain at 21 years of age.

Mellie has taught Spanish privately for a number of years and also at community colleges teaching people from all walks of life that wanted to learn the Spanish language. Mellie is fluent in Spanish, English, Catalan, French and Italian and holds a Diploma of Translating for the Spanish and English languages.

Mellie enjoys engaging her students in day to day scenarios which are interactive, realistic and most importantly, fun.
